Why Buy Fika Coffee?
BECAUSE our coffee is freshly roasted, ensuring superior taste. We source coffee carefully, practice high standards of quality control, and being a small business, we care about every customer’s experience. We keep our costs low so that we can offer you great tasting coffee at an affordable price.

Where does Fika Coffee come from?
We carefully source from wholesalers who prioritize fair business practices, quality green beans, and supporting smallholder coffee producers. Our main suppliers are currently List & Beisler and Genuine Origin.

What is the benefit of buying wholesale?
We are able to offer you a lower price per ounce of coffee when you purchase our coffee wholesale. This is because our prices are lower when we can sell a larger batch at a time. It also takes us less time to process and package, saving us time and money, that we can then transfer to you.

Who is wholesale coffee for?
Wholesale is typically for businesses that require 20 lbs of coffee on a consistent basis. Our wholesale customers are generally restaurants, breweries, hotels and cafes who buy our 5 lb bags and brew coffee for their customers/patrons.

Why are wholesale prices so much more affordable?
Just like any other product, when you can purchase a larger quantity, the prices go down. When we can purchase greater quantities of green beans, we can buy them at a lower price. When we are processing and packaging wholesale bags, we save time and money too. We can then transfer all of these savings to you.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is not free. Unfortunately, as everyone is experiencing, shipping is crazy expensive, and we cannot reasonably offer free shipping on orders. However, we have priced our coffee to be incredibly affordable even when you take into consideration shipping cost. Additionally, we offer free pickup at our roaster, certain farmers market locations during market hours and we provide free delivery to local customers in the following zip codes. 21850, 21874, 21872, 21862, 21811, 21813, 21849, 21875, 21801, 21802, 21804, 21826, 19940, 19956, 19939, 19945 and 19975.

Returns
If you have any issues with or simply do not like the coffee we sent you, no worries at all! From the day you receive your coffee, you have (30) days to reach out to support@fikabeans.com and initiate a replacement or refund.

We’ll be happy to find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee.
